Full Moon in Libra:(short n' sweet)

The Moon is Full tonight  in the charming and graceful sign of Libra. While Aries opposite likes to go his own way, Libra seeks balance, harmony and connectedness.

Full Moons always bring to a head whatever was stirred up at the last New Moon (Pisces) (See previous post for more details)  ~ with this one completing endings that will soon open the door to new beginnings. We have been rehashing so much lately; stuck in the in between. Things are beginning to get more clear as we move more fully into the firey sign of Aries. Meanwhile, between now and the New Moon in two weeks,  important choices will be made.

With Venus ~ goddess of love and ruler of Libra ~ in tension with Pluto (the destroyer) ~  this Full Moon has the potential to trigger powerful forces of change and/or conflict ~ with love and money at the root of many power struggles.

Something’s got to give.

Pluto with Venus could also bring up past relationships that still need resolution ~ I've heard these called 'corpses' (ElsaElsa) ~ old loves that come back from the seeming dead. Jupiter in Cancer ~  sitting at right angles to both Moon and Sun ~  indicates that family issues may be involved.

"This is a  "wake-up call" to re-evaluate how we balance personal needs (Aries sun) with the needs of others (Libra moon)."  Yoga Journal

Old issues resurfacing now have lingered for a very long time ~ and are now ready to be healed and released.   The focus is on  harmony and honest connection.

May you find healing and resolution in matters of the heart.

PS

There are a group of planets that were all together in Capricorn (earth) then Aquarius (air) then PIsces (water), and are now one by one moving into the firey sign of Aries ( beginning of the zodiac ) bringing action and acceleration to each planet.  Venus, Saturn and Neptune are already there - with more to come (Mars, Mercury).  As this occurs,  things will heat up considerably:

"There is a deeper purge unfolding, not just personal but collective, as waves of emotion and old pain move through and out.  If things feel intense or hard to place, you’re not alone. Stay grounded, take care of your nervous system, and move gently with what arises."
Lee Harris

May you live in interesting times!!

Happy Full Moon!
