I am writing this quickly to get it out in time so please forgive typos and/or lack of editing. Some very significant energies are pouring in as we enter the eclipse portal ~ beginning with the coming Full Blood Moon eclipse in the sign of Pisces (Sept 7/8). Two weeks later there will be a powerful New Moon eclipse in the Sign of Virgo. Eclipses always signify some sort of majour changes/shifts; fork in the road moments. Pisces requires a deep letting go of the past and of whatever illusions that go with it. Saturn retrograde has just re-entered Pisces and is asking us to get real. It also signifies a karmic reckoning - facing the past, dealing with what comes up, and then do the work to heal, let go and move forward. Pisces at its lowest can be a martyr or victim. If anything is still haunting you, this is a chance to move past the past.
There is a zig-zagging back and forth going on right now between Pisces and Aries (the past and the future) as we hover on the cusp of the new age. There are things that still need to be sorted out and resolved before we can shift fully into the new paradigm. This is a time for re-visioning our future ~ starting with releasing old conditioning
and old self concepts. It's time to move from victim to victor!
Visions may be pouring in now that can lead us forward into new beginnings.
Mercury (thinking/communicating) is currently linking with Uranus (the planet of awakening) Mercury rules the mind and Uranus is the higher mind (intuition etc). There will be many AHA moments this week that can shift our perspective completely ~ we are downloading new frequencies and information that will open up new pathways forward.
"The Three of Wands depicts a man in red and green robes
standing on a cliff with his back turned. Three wands stand firmly
planted in the ground, reflecting his commitment to his plans. He has
left the comfort of the castle in the Two of Wands and is now in a vast
open space, looking out over the sea to distant mountains. He watches
three sailing ships pass by, symbolic of movement and progression. From
his high vantage point, he can see all that lies ahead, including any
upcoming challenges and opportunities.' Biddy Tarot
Both luminaries stand at
the the midpoint of their signs - creating a bridge between what has been and what will be. This eclipse thus represents a threshold and a turning point that can help us let go of old karmic patterns and outdated ways of thinking. Yet first, it asks that we pause and turn within. And have faith. Be quiet so we can hear the small still voice within.
The Sabian Symbol for the 16th degree of Pisces:
“In the quiet of his study, a creative individual experiences a flow of inspiration.”
Keynote: Reliance upon one’s inner source of guidance. Subjective strength."
All Full Moons create polarity. Virgo opposite Pisces represent perfectionism vs surrender. Virgo (Sun) teaches us to pay attention to details; it separates and divides ~ while Pisces links us to unity consciousness ~ by dissolving boundaries. Analysis and Perfection vs Imagination and Creativity. We need both ~ yet this moment focuses on the energy of surrender. The coming eclipse in Virgo will have the next steps (more on that to come) . Both Pisces and Virgo are healers. Neptune will soon retrograde back into its home sign; Neptune in Pisces is all about redemption. Healing and redemption.
Meanwhile, Jupiter in Cancer, linked to both Nodes of the Moon, is bridging the karmic past to an inspired future. This adds a kind, caring, benevolent tone to these difficult times. Loving care, self care. Family healing. Old wounds and traumas, inherited patterns etc that have been holding us back are ready to be released. We have been peeling off layers for years - now its time to change direction. You are not your past.
This Blood Moon eclipse will last for over an hour (80 minutes) - quite long by eclipse standards - and its effects will ripple out for many months. I've seen a few and they are magical. And Pisces is the sign of magic.
So to recap ~ this Full Moon eclipse in Pisces is about letting go of the past so we can make way for a glorious future. Not avoidance or denial (without the past there is no future) yet it is time to recognize that the old ways are no longer viable. Neptune on the world point (beginning of Aries) is a dissolver - including an ego dissolver. This is about becoming a lighter version of ourselves.
Uranus (awakener) in Gemini (the mind) is bringing in many breakthroughs and inventions as new ideas come flooding in. We've had a short taste over the past few months, and will have to wait for the spring of 2026 for more as Uranus is now heading backward to Taurus (earth) ~ where it may continue to shake up our finances and the planet we live on (volcanoes, earthquakes etc) Neptune soon in PIsces can represent floods and issues with water.
These are shaky times, yet chaos can open the door to creativity. Water is cleansing. Pisces rules the imagination and can spark that creativity. We just have to pay attention. What do you want to create in your life?
Mars
(action) Jupiter (expansion) = enthusiasm. On steroids! It's easy at
this time to overdo or to take unnecessary chances. Easy does it! If you're going too fast you might miss the subtleties.
There is a whole new cycle and system coming in ... it will happen gradually, step by step (Saturn).
"The shift from 3d to 5d does not happen all at once; it is a process where we hold the light and make collective changes. We the collective are a bridge to the new Earth."
Saturn moving back into Pisces is bringing a karmic review; a chance to correct course. Then ~ we vision forward. We are being offered the opportunity to face and release old karma and the illusion of separation from source ~ so we can step into unity consciousness (Pisces). Saturn and Neptune will meet up in Aries in the spring- bringing new beginnings.
And in truth, there is no past, and there is no future. There is only the eternal now. Pisces is water. Go with the flow. Surrender to the NOW . You know you want to.
Details: "Spanning more than five hours, the celestial event will peak with an
impressive 82-minute totality phase, when Earth's massive inner shadow
will plunge the moon's entire near side into a reddish darkness— earning it the eerie nickname "The Blood Moon". On the night of Sept. 7-8, Australia, Asia, Africa and parts of Europe will get a spectacular view of all phases. The lunar eclipse will take place between 15:28 and 20:55 GMT with the Moon fully immersed in Earth's dark inner shadow — known as the umbra — for a stunning 82 minutes of totality between 17:30 and 18:52 GMT."
