Follow up to Full Moon: Emotional Intensity

 Just a quick check in as I didn't make it on here for the powerful Aries Full Moon last week (too busy dodging bullets!!)

I mentioned in my last post that things would be accelerating. The last few weeks have been packed full of powerful, shifting energies. Pluto turned direct, then Saturn, then Mercury. Then a Powerful Full Moon opposite Mars squared to Pluto (POW!!) and then Jupiter turned direct. Eris - goddess of discord - is also stirring up  chaos. Today, the Moon in sensitive Cancer activates last weeks Full Moon energy, so everything  will be felt again more strongly.

 

The Full Moon brought to the foreground the acceleration mentioned in my last post ... plus upped the anti with the Mars Pluto Eris Square! Eris is a wild unconscious feminine force that challenges the status quo. This clash of titans is intense enough to blast through obstacles and help us break out of old patterns, and also carries the potential for death, destruction, damage.   Some very public violence last week ( actor who accidentally shot someone on a movie set)  provided a powerful and poignant example of the destructive force of these planets when they clash as they are at the moment.  Of course many violent acts occur every day- but as Pluto (power and control)  and Mars (anger aggression)  pushed it into the public consciousness, we learn to respect their combined power.  

Tread carefully. 

 

If harnessed, our strength of will can be enhanced by these energies in a positive way. We must be very focused and conscious to use this energy well. Claim your power ~ before it claims you!

 

As the Mars  Pluto tension continues this week,  see if you can use this powerful force to breakthrough whatever is blocking you. Breakdown to breakthrough.

Luckily, there is a rainbow after the storm. Jupiter - planet of Abundance, Expansion and Joy - has just turned direct ~ we can begin to feel it's energy more powerfully if we tap into an attitude of gratitude

 

Storms will come - storms will go. Gratitude helps us find peace in the moment called now.

 

 

As we approach the dark time of the year, our survival fears can be activated, and even more so with these tensions surfacing around us and in us. Here is an reworked prayer/ invocation to the Great Mother to keep us safe and warm:

 

“Dear Mother

Womb of the world

You who birth the Earth

Holy are your names

May your Will be done on Earth

As it once was

Give us this day our hearts desire ~ And forgive us our harm against you and others

As we forgive those who commit harm against us.

Lead us into co creation with you and restore us to your spiral rhythms
