Full Harvest Moon

 What do  you want to harvest in your life? What seeds have you planted?

 

A Full Moon brings to fruition the energies from the last New Moon. At that time we were asked to purge and purify - discern what was for our highest good and let go of what was longer serving us. We are at a moment of release - time to let go of whatever has been coming to the surface over the last few weeks.  Pisces dissolves what needs to be dissolved... it is the antithesis of the ego/mind that wants to hold onto things and make them last forever. I am sure you know that everything in this 3-D world is temporary.  Pisces points to the opposite - to the ethereal and the eternal. It also contains an essential  duality (the symbol is two fishes swimming in opposite directions) in that we can get lost in the ethereal and never find the eternal.

 

A Full Moon is the polarized tension between the conscious mind (Sun ) and the unconscious mind (Moon); this one - even more so!  Sun in Virgo is extra pragmatic and discerning ~ while the Moon in Pisces is extremely dreamy and illusive. 

 

Remember in the Wizard of Oz when Dorothy and her traveling companions wandered into the poppy fields and were all falling asleep? That’s a little bit like what’s happening now ~ there are strange hypnotic energies radiating out from Neptune that continue to create chaos and confusion. Neptune represents our dreams and illusions; as well as our spiritual core ~ it is our spirit calling us home- as well as the unconsciousness that is blurring our vision.  Interestingly Neptune and Pisces are also  linked to viruses and the immune system.

 

The Full Moons rays can shine a light through the fog - showing us the way; Neptune's way is via our intuition. There is a portal open now into the realm of the soul. Messages and insights can come to us from the liminal world of dreams and visions ... though we must be careful,  as this energy  can also lead us into illusions and delusions. We get to choose.
