Winter Solstice Blessings to one and all. As the Sun pauses - so too we take a moment to pause, breath in, breathe out. Ahhhhhhh đź’•Welcome the Light- welcome the  new dawn!

The Winter Solstice occurs tonight in NA and early morning (4:20 UT) in UK. I’ll let you do the math!

We are in a time of powerful shifts and challenges as we transition from old to new- from darkness to light.  As we sit at the dawn of a new age all is chaotic and confusing dark, it is like a new birth - and fears for our survival may be activated.

Know that - despite appearances-  everything is happening as it should. It’s always darkest before the dawn.

And on this the longest night of the year, as the sun reaches its lowest point in the sky, it appears to pause for four days. On the fifth day we celebrate Christmas. How perfect is that! Over the next few days, try to find some time out to go inward - focus on all that you have to be grateful for - fill your heart with that deep appreciation - as you hold a place of peace within your heart.

All is well. Let peace be here on earth!
