This is long - I know- my editing skills are a bit compromised today. After last weeks formatting issues I appreciate your patience. Take it one bite at a time - there's lots to chew on :)
There is great tension now - (Saturn Moon Mars Pluto) as well as positive flow- (Venus, Neptune, Jupiter) - the trick will be to get them working together. We will need to find a bridge between our need to vent and our need for harmony. If we hold onto our 'stuff' we can get bent out of shape - yet if we just let it out unconsciously - we can cause harm. Within this ambiguity - sexual tension is high.
"It's important to 'discharge' or release pent up anger or frustration and let these feelings to be felt, without getting caught up in them and letting them drag us down."
"The instant you throw something negative into a baby's environment, it will cry or turn away. This is an extremely healthy reaction, because by expressing itself so freely, a baby can discharge energies that would otherwise cling to it. As we grew up, however, we learned that it isn't always appropriate to indulge in spontaneous expression. In the name of politeness and tact, or knowing our place, or doing what our parents said, each of us learned to hold on to negative energies. We became batteries with longer and longer shelf lives, until now as adults we hold on to anger, resentment, frustration, and fear that are years old. Worst of all, we have forgotten the instinct for discharging our batteries." -Deepak Chopra ("The Way of the Wizard")
Martial arts are an excellent way to work with this combination of tension and flow. Slowed down version like Tai Chi, or Chi Gong, or the more intense Karate or Kung Fu etc - can provide a way to focus (Saturn in Capricorn) on intensity (Pluto Mars) to move alongside it with fluidity and ease (Neptune Venus Jupiter). Capoeira is another: "where Martial arts and dance collide"
However we tap into this energy, be aware of the potential for discord and upset, especially in our communication over the weekend (Mercury Uranus Eris). We will have to watch our words to avoid setting off the volatility and aggression of Pluto and Mars.
This very instinctual energy is asking to be made conscious. We may feel tested in situations that push us to stick up for ourself - or to defend a cause- or get in touch with our sexual energy. Besides martial arts, we could try tantric practices, deep breathing, drumming, or dancing - whatever helps us access and channel this deep core energy.
This kundalini rising has great healing potential if properly channeled. We are learning how to tap into and direct our own root energy. Hmmm . Just as I was writing this, something popped up in my FB news-feed that is a perfect expression of this:
Needless to say - there are deep subterranean forces rising to the surface that have the potential to displace our sense of security and stability (Sun in Taurus). We're must stay grounded as we claim our power - whether it be sexual - financial - physical- intellectual or emotional.
All while keeping mind the Buddhist principle:
'Cause No Harm.'
One of the bis lessons of all this is about the difference between love of power and the Power of love! (Neptune Venus Jupiter).
We all know that the highest love is unconditional - not possessive or forced upon
another; nor based on unrealistic fantasies and projections. Yet how many of us are able to love free of expectations or attachment to outcomes? How many of us feel wounded by love?
Taurus and Scorpio can both be possessive - and when jealousy arises, our most primal survival instincts get triggered. The fear of loss, of not having, can make us aggressive or manipulative or shut us down completely. We are going to have to let go of cherished ideas of how it is 'supposed' to be, and that requires feeling secure enough within ourselves to allow things to move and shift as they need.
Kahlil Gibran on Love -
When love beckons to you, follow him,
Though his ways are hard and steep.
And when his wings enfold you yield to him,
Though the sword hidden among his pinions may wound you.
And when he speaks to you believe in him,
Though his voice may shatter your dreams
as the north wind lays waste the garden.
Though his ways are hard and steep.
And when his wings enfold you yield to him,
Though the sword hidden among his pinions may wound you.
And when he speaks to you believe in him,
Though his voice may shatter your dreams
as the north wind lays waste the garden.

Bring on yoga, art, music, poetry, dance.
Some will feel impatient and argumentative. As always- the more present we can be, to ourself and to others, the less unconscious our behaviour. With Retro Jupiter in Scorpio inviting reflection on the deeper issues that are coming to the surface, most encounters now will include some lessons to be learned.
"If you can't stand the heat - get out of the kitchen!"
Or - they could start WW3! Choice requires our conscious participation. Choose or choose not to choose... you will choose all the same.
Should I stay or should I go now?
If I go there will be trouble.
If I stay it will be double.
So come on and let me know,
Should I stay or should I go?
The Clash
When the fierce winds start blowing - you can either pull up anchor, set your compass, and put up your sails, or - find a safe harbour to weather the storm. Whatever you choose to do, you will need to stay awake, and be prepared.

One ship sails East,
And another West,
By the self-same winds that blow,
'Tis the set of the sails
And not the gales,
That tells the way we go.
Like the winds of the sea
Are the waves of time,
As we journey along through life,
'Tis the set of the soul,
That determines the goal,
And not the calm or the strife.
And another West,
By the self-same winds that blow,
'Tis the set of the sails
And not the gales,
That tells the way we go.
Like the winds of the sea
Are the waves of time,
As we journey along through life,
'Tis the set of the soul,
That determines the goal,
And not the calm or the strife.
