Is it real? That is the question. Or- does it matter? That is the sort of thing Virgo loves to figure out. It loves to sort the wheat from the chaff - helping us release what is unnecessary or no longer useful.

Welcome to the Full Moon in Virgo- opposite Sun and Neptune in Pisces - occurring as I write. I can
feel its obfuscating effects messing with my ability to focus. I've already made three attempts. Come on
Virgo- help me out here. Give me clarity!
Welcome to the not-so-subtle tension of the Full Moon in Virgo!
Warrior planet Mars is poking at us from the sidelines- threatening
our fragile peace - and with Sun and Moon in opposition, how are we to find
middle ground?

Person A makes subjective statement, its interpreted by person B as an objective statement.
Person B subjectively filters the information, and spits out a subjective response.
Person A objectively receives that, and interprets it as an attack on his supposedly objective statement(which was actually a subjective one) and calls out the other for not listening- for being wrong - they call each other snowflakes (!!)

Beware of obfuscation. Beware of false narratives. Beware
of thinking you are right. Beware of thinking you are wrong. There are many
shades of grey.

Are we having fun yet?!
The movement of the Moon in Virgo opposite the many planets in Pisces will continue over the weekend. With this abundance of Piscean energy flooding us with deep feelings and imaginings – and blurring
the lines between fact and fiction - we will need Virgo for balance. Discernment is one of the keys that Virgo provides. It wants us to pay attention to the details.
Virgo is
practical , pragmatic and picky. It can be overly critical in its effort to
make everything perfect, resulting in a sense of constant dissatisfaction. Beware
the spelling police! (a friend of mine - a Virgo - loves to correct people’s grammatical errors
on FB. Don't do that!)
Yet despite
Virgos best efforts to keep things under control (ha) - the Piscean influence will
continue to flood us with inspiration - awakening our appreciation of music, art
and creativity - as well as tricking us with delusions and fantasies.
If we can
combine Virgo’s grounded practicality with the wonderfully deep creativity and dreaming
– something positive will result. Use the Mars
energy to push forward (gently). Mars in Sagittarius is known for its enthusiasm and
drive- if we can harness the tension and direct it toward creative ends -
masterpieces may result. Jupiter adds a sense of possibility.
Sometimes even
the impossible is possible!
Once again - discernment is key. Saturn says take it step by step.
I've been using this energy to tap into my inner muse- made several SoulCollage® cards yesterday- (see tab at top) as part of an online course on Fairy Tales (beautifully Piscean subject) Doing something both concrete and creative felt wonderful and cathartic after several weeks of cold /flu. And expressing feelings through found images is an easy yet powerful way to process them.
So - Get out your paints - your pen- or collage some images together – put on some
music- dance the night away. Dance all the way to Monday… Do whatever you can
do to take advantage of this highly creative moment. Just don't forget to put your shoes on!
And also – you are already perfect – just the way
you are!
