Full Moon Eclipse in Aquarius - We're All in this Together

-->
I found a way to reformat the last post- so here it is again in readable format.

Today's Full Moon and 'partial' eclipse is in the sign of Aquarius. Because we are now entering the Age of Aquarius, eclipses in this sign are especially important and tell us something about what we need to do to be in sinc with the new energies coming in.

Eclipse's- similar to New Moons - bring in new energy - and  set in motion something that will manifest over many months. Don't expect a sudden change, but watch what happens over the rest of the year.

This lunar eclipse in Aquarius is also the next step leading us to the coming powerful total Solar Eclipse  in Leo on August 21. It’s all very exciting.  I will write more about the Solar Eclipse next week, but in the meantime, there are some interesting aspects occurring now that link the two eclipses and point to this being a very significant time.

We have been under the influence of a Grand Trine in fire signs for a while now, which will be directly aspected by the August 21st eclipse.  A Grand Trine is a fluid movement of energy between three equidistant planets - which in fire signs creates a very dynamic energy signature. Links between Saturn (structure), Uranus (innovation) and the North Node of Moon in Leo are awakening us to our Collective Destiny (North Node).

The Fire Trine represents  Heart energy. This is a powerful call to open your heart – and to know who you  are and why you are here. Leo, ruled by the Sun, is asking us all to ‘Shine our light out into the world'. Leo also gives us the courage  to make the changes needed to shift to a new level. (Leo rules the heart - Cour  = heart)

-->
To do that, we must first seek, and find  - our own inner light.  That was the message of the New Moon in Leo (first of Two in August).  Now, the Aquarius Full Moon on Monday asks us to share that light and direct our passion (Mars) toward making this world a better place (Aquarius).

Saturn in trine to the Collective Destiny Point (North Node) is pushing us to align with our TRUE PURPOSE.  I know I probably sound like a broken record, but this has been a key theme for some time now, as various planetary elements try to get us to wake the f*%# up!  As Saturn  zig-zags over the Galactic Core in Sagittarius (centre of our galaxy) it calls to us again and again to step-up to the plate,  live our truth and be who we are meant to be.

“Our inner Saturn gives us the power to take command of our lives and destiny. Saturn shows us those things we must master to become spiritual adults and fulfill our purpose for being alive on Earth. By knowing our Saturnian strengths, we can overcome fear and any sense of victimization or powerlessness.”  Robert Wilkenson, Aquarius Papers

The Full Moon in Aquarius asks us to hold a vision that is radically different from what has gone before. To do this we need to step outside the box and tap into our deepest hopes and ideals, then work with each other to correct what is out of balance. The Aquarian Age  is not about division and difference, it is about the brotherhood and sisterhood of all humankind.  It's not just about you and me -  it's about 'us' .

This Full Moon  can help us get in touch with a collective vision that serves all of humanity (Aquarius), as well as help us find our own personal expression (Leo). This is playful stuff - through which we can access our  creativity,  and our own  uniqueness and personal freedom, while also  committing to serve the greater good. Aquarius - an air sign - also helps us detach from emotional drama.

As we enter a process of elimination - associated with eclipses  – some aspect of our life may  shut down for a while, or leave altogether. We go through this each year, as part of the cyclical growth and pruning nature requires, with the emphasis  on the sign (and house if you know it) that the eclipse falls in.  If you look to see where 15 degrees Aquarius is on your chart, you will see what you might need to let go of, and where new energies are flooding in. (see tab at top of web-page for house info).

Perhaps the time has come to  time to stop compromising your individuality (Leo) in your need to fit into the group (Aquarius) Or, conversely, maybe your need for attention, and to be special (Leo), is getting in the way of listening to, and seeing, the value of those around you.  Finding a balance between our need to shine and our need to work with others is a key aspect of this eclipse.

Mars (action, aggression),  still travelling close to the Sun, is amping up the ego side of things. Mars in Leo can be high drama - demanding attention - and getting it. This can make us arrogant and argumentative as we seeks to get our own way (stomps feet). Mars in Leo  can also be very generous  -  deeply/passionately committed to a goal. Remember, without compromising yourself, a little humility goes a long way to getting along with others. Patience required.

 As we enter this particular corridor of change there is a powerful sense of possibility. We may have to let go of  parts of our past to create space for the future - you know how it goes  - one door closes -  another one opens.  Now is the time to hold a vision of what you want to see and be in the world.

You know you want to!
