This is the time of year when the veils between worlds are said to be  thinner ... making it a sacred time for honouring the dead and remembering our ancestors.     Samhain (a Gaelic word pronounced "sow-win") ~ is the Celtic New Year - known as Halloween in contemporary culture. Halloween ~ Samhain ~ Day of the Dead - celebrate those who have passed with candles and pumpkins and dressing up as ghouls and goblins;  scary spirits are kept away and familiar souls are welcomed with flowers and food as we celebrate and honour all who have gone before us. The New Moon in Libra today brings another chance to press the reset button. Someone online called it a "fresh start with our old baggage."  Haha! That's kind of what this whole year is about, as all our past karma gets dredged up and thrown in our face. Sorry,  I know its not really funny, but if we can see that this madness is in fact a karmic reckoning - perhaps we will do the work of sorting ourself out and facing our own sh*t. Avoidance is futile!! Every month there's a New Moon in the next sign - flowing around the zodiac wheel and showing the progression of energy around a repeating cycle or circle. Around and around we go- hopefully learning something new with every passing. At this time last year many astrologers were putting out warnings about 2020, and though no one really knew what form the shake-up would take, we knew it was coming.   So here we are,  trying to maintain some sort of equilibrium as things get rattled and shook from every direction.  Libra

Did you see the juicy ripe Moon last night? This is the time of year when farmers pull in their crops. What are you harvesting in your life? Are you feeling abundant or a victim (of circumstance)? We should all be bloody rich by now lol.      I'm afraid the intensity is going to continue until the end of the year,  and it looks like October is especially pressurized. The month opens and ends on a Full Moon (so there will be a Blue Moon for Halloween) with the first one (yesterday) conjunct Chiron - wounded Healer) and the Blue Moon on Oct 31st conjunct Uranus - the Awakener!  Mars is retrograde through November a
