EQUINOX!

This thursday is the Autumnal Equinox ... when day and night are equal. As we head into Autumn... and  the Sun enters the sign of the scales,   it's time to pause and take stock. Libra calls on our deep need for balance and harmony in our lives. Finding equilibrium is key in an increasingly chaotic world. Libra is also about that other balancing act of  SELF and OTHER. Who am I and who am I with (or not with)?

Just a few days ago we had a  powerful Harvest Moon Eclipse. Something  shifted. Something changed.  (scroll down to read last two posts on the Full Moon eclipse).

At harvest time we celebrate the fruits of our labour. This is traditionall the time to separate the wheat from the chaff as we begin to prepare for the change of seasons. Whatever you have been working on, or through, whatever has taken all your energy for months and months... can now be harvested.
Sort of...

As it happens, Mercury  turns direct on Thursday as well,  amidst some very challenging aspects. The mutable craziness will have one last blast at us before things start to steady up a bit,  so we aren't going to feel completely settled for at least another few weeks.

When will it all end you say? How much longer have I got to keep up this balancing act?

Not too much longer. We are at the turning point, we are at the shift. But there is still a bit of wierdness inthe air and all we can do it wait it out.  In the meantime, keep your wits about you. This is not the time to be passive, even if thngs are difficult. Pay CLOSE attention as Mercury turns around... this is a time when hidden information often comes to light.

Mercury retrograde =  communication  reversed. It  had us going back over the miriad details until our heads were spinning. The usual chaos oand confusion has ensued.  Lost information may emerge now. Slowly but surely we will now begin to figure it all out... as Mercury retraces its steps back throgh Virgo. Patience required.

Sun square Mars has been VOLITILE. Turns out the projectiles were quite  literal (for some)  :(
Take this moment to STOP.  BREATHE. APPRECIATE! (that you are alive) It is a gift of great proportions.

Then...  ACCEPT. RELEASE.  GRIEVE....  We must learn to let go of what has passed. It's gone now. The good, the bad. Soon something new will take its place. It already is. Whats that saying about the seeds of the new lying in the husks of the old|? The Sun will join Jupiter in a few days...  bringing a new wave of optiism and hope. Till then....
